After nearly a year of unsuccessful marketing, the developer needed both homes sold. I advised completing the kitchens, bathrooms and landscaping before launch, so buyers could assess the finished homes. The developer completed that work.

I recommended £1.3 million each after comparing their living space, off-road parking, ten-year new-build guarantee and proximity to The Lane with competing listings.

I generated interest before the open-market launch. Both sales were agreed within 28 days of launch in May 2022, to chain-free cash buyers, and completed in July.
