What you share.
The consultation form asks for your name, email and property address. Property enquiries include the home you are asking about. You can also provide a phone number, a message and a preferred day or time for a call or viewing.
Fields marked * are required to use the form. You can also contact me directly by phone or email.
How I use it.
I use these details to understand your enquiry, respond personally, arrange a consultation or viewing and manage any follow-up.
My lawful basis is legitimate interests: responding to people who contact Saints and running my advisory practice. Where you ask me to take steps towards providing a service, I rely on taking those steps at your request before entering a contract.
Submitting the form does not add you to a mailing list. I do not sell enquiry information or use it to make automated decisions about you.
How your enquiry reaches me.
The form sends your details through Resend to hello@mysaints.london. Resend and the email service process the information to deliver and handle your enquiry. You can read Resend’s privacy policy.
Website, security and delivery providers may also process technical information such as your IP address and browser details. These services may involve processing outside the UK. Contact me for information about the providers involved.
You can also phone or email me directly. If you choose WhatsApp, your message is handled through that service under its own privacy terms.
How long I keep it.
I keep enquiry information only for as long as needed to respond and manage follow-up. The period depends on whether your enquiry leads to an instruction and whether records are needed for a complaint or legal obligation. You can ask me about the information held in relation to your enquiry.
Your choices and rights.
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access, correct or erase your information, restrict its use or receive a portable copy. Contact me at hello@mysaints.london to make a request.
You can object to processing based on legitimate interests.
If you have a concern, please contact me. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
